Editing an Existing ArticleTo edit an article:
Double-click on it with the mouse.
Or,
Select it using the keyboard up/down arrow keys, and press Enter.
Or,
If the article has already been published to the web, navigate to the article using Microsoft Internet Explorer and click on the Edit with CityDesk tool on the Internet Explorer toolbar.
(This only works for files with the .htm or .html extension.)
Note: If you don't see the Edit button in Internet Explorer, you may have to customize your toolbar. Here's how:
In Internet Explorer, right-click on the main toolbar (this is the one that has Back, Forward, etc.)
Click Customize...
Find the Edit button on the left hand list and click Add.
Click Close.
The article appears in a window ready to be edited. There are three tabs: Article, Properties, and Extras, which can be used to edit different parts of the article.Article contains the main body text of the article.
Properties contains the headline, author, and other data about the article. See The Properties Tab.
Extras contains additional pieces of the article, which may or may not be a part of your template. See The Extras Tab.
