Enable Logging

If you are having trouble installing licenses, it can be useful to enable the fogutil log file.

  1. Create a world writeable file in the fogbugz\website directory called fogutil.txt.
  2. Then try to install your licenses.
  3. For technical support, ZIP UP fogutil.txt and send it to us. Please do not send it as a text file attachment, regardless of file size.
