What's New In FogBugz 6.1.31

Security Fix, applies to FogBugz versions 6.0.0 through 6.1.30

If a normal user was explicitly given specific user privilages to a Client or Department and then the user was switched to a community user, that community user would retain access to any wikis within those Clients or Departments.

This is now fixed. After upgrading to 6.1.31, community users will lose all of their user-level permissions.
