Internet Explorer on Mac OSX doesn't display screenshots

PNG files don't display

FogBugz screenshots are Portable Nework Graphic (.png) files, and Internet Explorer for Mac OSX does not set the Handling properly for these. Set your handling by opening Explorer and clicking Explorer->Preferences->Receiving Files->File Helpers, and selecting "Portable Network Graphic" from the list. Then, under "File Type," you can set the Application to "Preview," and the Handling to "View with Browser." This should make screenshots added using the FogBugz screenshot tools display as intended.

Screenshot tool won't submit: No Such Device or Address

This is a current bug in IE for Mac.

Microsoft stopped development on IE for the mac a long time ago... From the above posts:
"I hear that Microsoft will no longer develop Internet Explorer for Mac - is this true?"
"Yes. In our commitment to the Mac platform and our Mac customers we are focusing our development efforts on Mac Business Unit products like Office for Mac, Virtual PC for Mac, MSN for Mac OS X, and MSNĀ® Messenger for Mac. "
