FogBugz for your Server is licensed based on the total number of named users with currently active accounts (details).

All prices in US Dollars.
You can mix and match any quantity of packages as needed, e.g. 25 users = (2 Ten Packs plus 5 Singles) = $4793. You can buy additional licenses at any time and easily add them to your FogBugz installation (details).
The Fog Creek Promise: If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, within 90 days you get a full refund, period, no questions asked. We don’t want your money if you’re not amazingly happy.
Support Contracts
Support contracts entitle you to all upgrades and unlimited tech support (details). Support contracts are just $0.10 per user per day.

- For customers upgrading from 1.0 or 2.0, upgrades are available at 50% off.
- For customers upgrading from 3.0 or above, upgrades are free, but you must have a valid support contract. If your support contract has expired, you can renew it by extending it from the expiration date to a year from the date of renewal, at our usual low price of $0.10 per user per day.
Different Editions of FogBugz
There are three editions of FogBugz for your Server: for Windows, Unix, or Mac OS X servers. Each edition is sold separately. Your license entitles you to run FogBugz on one type of server. If you change your mind about the type of server you want to run FogBugz on, as long as you have a current support contract, you can trade in one FogBugz edition for another. To do this, email us and include your order numbers.
