FogBugz for Your Server Support Contracts
To get the most benefit out of FogBugz for your Server, sign up for a support contract and receive personalized, friendly service from the team that built FogBugz. (If you're using our hosted FogBugz On Demand service, don't worry – support is included.)
FogBugz support contracts are purchased in one year increments at $0.10 per user per day. For example, if you have 10 users, a one year support contract is about $365.
Support contracts include:
- Every new version of FogBugz, including major releases and patches
- Unlimited telephone support
- Email questions answered within one business day
Installation help can be provided via Fog Creek Copilot, a remote control system where our technical support personnel will temporarily control your computer to get FogBugz up and running.
Even without a support contract, you are entitled to:
- Unlimited free patches for security-related bugs
- Access to the FogBugz discussion board
- The FogBugz online knowledge base
If you wish to resume a support contract after it has lapsed, you may do so by paying for the period from the time it has lapsed.
The Fog Creek Promise: If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, within 90 days you get a full refund, period, no questions asked. We don’t want your money if you’re not amazingly happy.
