Working Schedule

Configures your company working schedule. Note that there is also a link to this page in the Administration section on the FogBugz home page (click the FogBugz logo top left to get to the home page).

The hours per day for estimates is used when converting between hours and days in the estimates field.

The other fields are used to set a due date on incoming email automatically.

Example:

Your office hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, and you strive to reply to customer email within 4 working hours.

If a message comes in at 4:00 pm on Friday, it will be due at 12:00 noon on Monday, because that is 4 working hours later.

Now, if Monday is a company holiday, the message will be due at 12:00 noon on Tuesday.
