Getting FogBugz to Run Under the Right Account - Windows Server 2003
Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 on Windows 2003 has two modes:
- IIS 5.0 isolation mode, for backwards compatibility with IIS 5.0 and Windows 2000
- IIS 6.0 isolation mode, for increased security and stability
You need to know which isolation mode IIS is using to get FogBugz to run under the right account.
To determine the isolation mode:
1 Run the Internet Services Manager. Drill down to the local computer.
2 Under the name of the local computer, do you see a folder named Application Pools?
Yes, there is an Application Pools folder: You're running under IIS 6 isolation mode. Click here for further instructions.
No, there is no Application Pools folder: You're running under IIS 5 isolation mode. Click here for further instructions.
