HTML email appears as source, not HTML
As a security feature, FogBugz will not display HTML messages that come into FogBugz in the web page. You will be shown the HTML source. This is to prevent malicious HTML code from running on your internal web server.
Please note that if a mail message arrives with both plain text and HTML parts, FogBugz will show you the plain text part. If there is no plain text part, FogBugz has no other option than to show you the source. Fortunately, most of the messages without plain text parts are SPAM.
Some Exchange servers need to be configured to include both parts in their messages. If you are using Licensed FogBugz (not FogBugz On Demand) and you use Exchange for your email server, you can change the protocol settings for POP3 in Exchange to provide both text and HTML for MIME messages. In Active Directory Users, double click on the account, click the Exchange Advanced tab, click Protocol Settings, double click POP3, uncheck "Use protocol defaults," select Both under MIME. This can also be done at the server level. Now when you send HTML or Rich Text messages to the account, they show up as text in FogBugz.
