Maintenance Contracts
Get unlimited technical support, free updates, and every new version of Kiln with Fog Creek Platinum Maintenance, just $0.10 (ten US cents) per user per day, or $4,999 per year for a Site License.
Customer Service
Existing customers can purchase print receipts, check how many licenses you own, or buy more licenses at the Fog Creek Shop. Kiln On Demand customers: log onto Kiln and go to the Settings menu, then choose Your Kiln On Demand Account.
