The first thing to do when you have a problem is to check the CityDesk knowledge base. We're adding new articles there all the time which describe common problems and their solutions; there are also a lot of helpful articles describing how to do things in depth.

Online Documentation

A complete copy of the CityDesk documentation is viewable online. The tutorial part of the documentation is also available as a PDF file.

Online Discussion Group

We have an active online discussion group which is a good place to ask questions and get help on CityDesk. The discussion group is monitored by members of the CityDesk development team.

Do You Have The Latest?

Do you have the latest version of CityDesk? You can always check in the main window: choose Check for Updates from the Help menu. We offer regular free service packs to fix bugs and sometimes even add new features.
