Pricing is determined by number of active users. All the features of FogBugz are included, no matter number of users. That means unlimited projects, bug tracking, customer support features, evidence-based scheduling, wikis, discussions, graphing and reporting.
If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, within 90 days you get a full refund, period, no questions asked.
We don’t want your money if you’re not amazingly happy.

You can mix and match any quantity of packages as needed, e.g. 25 users = (1 Twenty Pack plus 1 Five Pack) = $4,498. You can buy additional licenses at any time and easily add them to your FogBugz installation.
There are editions of FogBugz for your Server for Windows and Linux servers. Each edition is sold separately. Your license entitles you to run FogBugz on one type of server. If you change your mind about the type of server you want to run FogBugz on, as long as you have a current maintenance contract, you can trade in one FogBugz edition for another. To do this, email us and include your order numbers.

FogBugz was designed for teams. The unlimited site license option removes the user count restriction associated with a per-seat license.
There are still practical limits on the scale of an installation, particularly around user administration. We have plenty of happy customers at the 250+ user level, but they're happy because they've let us help them understand the trade-offs involved in using a team-focused solution at that scale.

To get the most benefit out of FogBugz for Your Server, sign up for a maintenance contract and receive personalized, friendly service from the team that built these products. (If you're using our hosted "On Demand" service, don't worry – maintenance is included.)
Fog Creek maintenance contracts are purchased in one year increments at $0.10 per user per day, or $4,999 per year for a Site License. For example, if you have 10 users, a one year maintenance contract is about $365.

Our support hours are 9am to 5pm EST (UTC-5) Monday through Friday. We always try to make ourselves available outside those hours as much as possible.
Installation help can be provided via Fog Creek Copilot, a remote control system where our technical support personnel will temporarily control your computer to get things up and running.
Even without a maintenance contract, you are entitled to unlimited free patches for security-related bugs.
If you wish to resume a maintenance contract after it has lapsed, you may do so by paying for the period from the time it has lapsed.
