Tracking Bugs on Mac/OS X with FogBugz

Receive Bug Reports From Customers
The best feedback is feedback direct from your users, so FogBugz doesn't force you to put a human between your users and the bug database. If you want, you can have users email a special FogBugz address directly (or forward email there), and we'll parse the emails and create issues in your tracker automatically. No configuration is required and we set attributes like Title intelligently. We also use Bayesian filtering, just like Mail.app, so that your bug tracker doesn't get overwhelmed with Viagra spam.
