Microsoft discovered years ago that the best way to get feedback about how Windows performed on actual customer systems was to minimize the amount of work it took to collect it. They created Watson, which automatically aggregates crash reports. We similarly think that having to filter customer feedback through a human on the team to get it into the bug database often compromises its utility, so FogBugz can accept email direct from customers (or forwarded by your team) and turn it into a bug report with all fields intelligently pre-filled.
